Integrated Starter Generator G40

Magnet-Motor’s Integrated Starter Generator (ISG) G40 is especially designed for medium- and heavyweight vehicles with a requirement for additional onboard and exportable electric power.

As a generator, it offers a continuous power rating of 160 kW. It also operates as an electric motor for starting the diesel engine and providing additional boost to the drivetrain using power from the battery.

An inlet temperature of 60 °C allows for an even higher power rating of 220 kW, giving any hybrid vehicle a decisive technological edge.
