Diagnostic System

The RENK TDS is a transmission diagnostic system which displays internal functional information and provides ongoing monitoring information. It supports the repairer during trouble shooting on the transmission and increases the availability of the system by quickly locating faults.

The user can access engine and transmission data on various display pages. Dynamic data such as engine speed, speed, oil temperature, shifted gear, and direction of travel are displayed in real time. The display of sensors provides the user with information about internal transmission temperatures, hydraulic pressures, or brake wear. Pending warnings and display messages are clearly shown in tabular form. In addition, possible measures for reporting are shown.

Furthermore, statistical data can be retrieved. These include the kilometers driven, operating hours in a shifted gear or with the engine running. In further expansion stages, the system can be equipped with pressure sensors with which the hydraulic circuit can be checked via the measuring ports on the transmission.
